Yes. Meals are included according to the itinerary. On the first day of the safari, a lunchbox is provided from Arusha. Guests receive a lunchbox menu at booking, allowing them to choose a la carte. On the following days, guests can select either a picnic lunch during the game drive or return to the camp/lodge for a hot lunch. At the end of each day, the driver/guide asks guests for their preference between a picnic lunch or a hot lunch. Drinks at hotels, camps, or lodges are at your own expense unless otherwise stated. During game drives, we provide drinking water, coffee, and tea. Soft drinks during game drives are at your own expense and can be purchased along the way. Please note that if children require special supervision, parents may need to dine in-room with them.
We recommend booking 3–6 months in advance, especially for peak seasons (June–October and December–February) to secure your preferred accommodations and itinerary. This is a guideline, and we are quite flexible—if you want to book last-minute, we can still create a beautiful safari for you. We just need some time to check availability, but usually it can be arranged within 2 weeks.
